Really good Stay with Spa Access!

We enjoyed a peaceful evening at the spa, with its serene atmosphere and pool amenities. The staff provided excellent service, clearly prioritizing guest satisfaction. While the breakfast options seemed limited, the surrounding eateries offered good alternatives. For clarity, bring your own kitchen towels if you prefer a tidy space!

Spotlessly clean and high-class place, has unbelievable views to the old town and Duomo and the town in general. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the well-trained and highly professional staff. The rooms are contemporary and soundproof, with a safe box, a laptop and an iron. Thank you for providing me with a brilliant stay.

Everything suited the needs, I would come here again. The stay here was pleasant of my next visit already.

The reasons I'm conflicted

The staff were attentive. The indoor pool and spa facilities provided a good touch after long days of exploring. The rooftop terrace views were nothing short of amazing!

The distance to major attractions was a bit inconvenient for my family, and the limited housekeeping left us wanting more comfort .

An excellent fit for a city break in Florence with good value for money. The indoor pool was a great spot to unwind after sightseeing. Make sure to explore the nearby cafes for delicious breakfast options.

The One-Bedroom Apartment was spacious and had a nice kitchen area equipped with everything you might need. Loved the modern decor and comfy super king bed. The air conditioning worked great, and the rooftop jacuzzi was a fun highlight, especially for sunset views. Plus, the rooftop terrace has fine views of the Duomo. Only wish we had more flexible access to the spa. I was hoping to unwind there more often.

Such a beautiful hotel! The spacious studio was charming and well-equipped, and the access to the pool was good. The location was just right for wandering about without getting lost!

But good heavens, the shower had a personality-flooding the bathroom like it was auditioning for a waterpark! And that home automation system? Let's just say it enjoyed its privacy!

Our stay really was great, especially compared to my previous visit to florence. The rooftop jacuzzi and the fine sunset views over the duomo made our honeymoon lovely. The spacious one-bedroom apartment was a joy, with every modern amenity we could wish for.

The rooftop views were amazing, and we loved hanging out at the indoor pool. The staff were super friendly. Enjoyed delicious meals nearby and even found a little wine gift in our room.

We did have an issue with traffic noise from the busy street outside. It was a bit distracting, especially early in the morning since I'm a light sleeper.

The rooftop terrace was an absolute gem! 😍 We soaked in the jacuzzi while watching the sunset over the Duomo. Only downside was the slight stuffiness in our room at first.

Spacious rooms, modern amenities, with a nice kitchenette stocked for preparing meals, and a lovely indoor pool and sauna to unwind after a day of exploring the city.

The room was spacious and had convenient amenities like a safe box, laptop, and iron, with stunning views; the location was central, allowing easy walking access to Piazza Sant'ambrogio.

The breakfast at the bar was delicious. the entire staff was top-class and incredibly helpful. - the location was perfect and magnificent, just a short walk from the cathedral and a cinema.
